Valāhakāyikādevā
A class of deities, spirits of the skies, divided into:
- Cloud spirits of heat (Uṇhavalāhakā),
- Cloud spirits of cold (Sītavalāhakā),
- Cloud spirits of air (Abbhavalāhakā),
- Cloud spirits of wind (Vātavalāhakā),
- Cloud spirits of rain (Vassavalāhakā)
The changes of weather are due to these spirits.
