Uttarimanussadhamma Sutta

There are six things, without getting rid of which, it is impossible to obtain superior human states (uttarimanussadhammā), to say nothing of noble insight and wisdom.
- Forgetfulness (muṭṭhassaccaṃ),
- Lack of clear comprehension (asampajaññaṃ),
- Lack of sense control (indriyesu aguttadvārataṃ),
- Intemperance in eating (bhojane amattaññutaṃ),
- Deceitfulness (kuhanaṃ), and
- Idle prattle (lapanaṃ).
A.iii.430.
