Suppavāsā Sutta

The Buddha visits Suppavāsā in Sajjanela and is entertained by her.

He teaches her that a Noble Disciple who gives food, gives four things to the receiver of the food:

1. life,
2. beauty,
3. happiness and
4. strength

and is sure of happiness in later lives. A.ii.62 f.
