Ogha Sutta
Ogha Vagga.– Several chapters in the Saṃyuttanikāya are called by this name; thus, in
- the Magga Saṃyutta (S.v.59),
- the Bojjhaṅga Saṃyutta (S.v.136, 139),
- the Satipaṭṭhāna Saṃyutta (S.v.191),
- the Indriya Saṃyutta (S.v.241‑242),
- the Sammappadhāna Saṃyutta (S.v.247),
- the Bala Saṃyutta (S.v.251, 253),
- the Iddhipāda Saṃyutta (S.v.292) and
- the Jhāna Saṃyutta (S.v.309).
Ogha Sutta.– There are four floods: the flood of sensual desire, of becoming, of views, of ignorance. To thoroughly understand these floods and to abandon them the Noble Eightfold Path should be developed and cultivated. S.v.59.
